Gastritis, indigestion, acidity and bloating is common due to sedentary life style and stress. Gastritis is a general term for a group of conditions with one thing in common: inflammation of the lining of the stomach. The inflammation or gastritis can be the result of infection with some bacteria that may cause stomach ulcers. Regular use of certain pain relievers and drinking alcohol also can contribute to gastritis. Gastritis may occur suddenly (acute gastritis), or appear slowly over time (chronic gastritis). In some cases, gastritis itself can lead to ulcers.
Gastrex Tablet is an ayurvedic remedy for such common gastritis problems. According to Ayurveda, the build-up of toxins and impurities, along with blockages preventing proper circulation in the gut, can lead to mucosal irritation from both the toxins and H. pylori ( a bacteria) growth. Impurities come from diet, poor digestion, poor metabolism and/or blocked elimination Thus Unhealthy dietary habits may contribute more Gastric disturbances.
